The meeting brings together representatives from the project consortium to review the progress achieved during the first 30 months of implementation and to coordinate the next phase of activities aimed at strengthening innovation and collaboration across the Atlantic blue biotechnology ecosystem.

The agenda includes updates on all project work packages, covering network implementation and sustainability planning, communication and dissemination activities, community-building and open innovation actions, pilot project development, exploitation support activities, and the long-term strategic roadmap of the network.

Special attention is being given to the review of the next Progress Reports, the coordination of the second call for pilot projects, the organization of the next IRS Forums, and the preparation of the project’s final dissemination and outreach activities.

The meeting also counted on the participation of Project Officer D. Carlos Garea, who attended the sessions to monitor the progress of the project and follow up on the implementation of the planned activities.
