Second B2i Workshop at Banco Español de Algas Boosts Funding and Collaboration in Blue Biotechnology

The second B2i Innovation Workshop in Blue Biotechnology at Banco Español de Algas in Gran Canaria was a success, held within the MARINNONET project and the Interreg Atlantic Area program. This engaging meeting saw participants explore funding opportunities for pilot projects, highlighting the importance of networking and cross-border collaboration.

Representatives of the #BlueBiotech sector shared ideas and visions to drive initiatives promoting sustainable development of our marine and coastal ecosystems. Thanks to everyone who made this event possible, including institutions like IEO Canarias, BDF Natural Ingredients, the Technological Institute of the Canary Islands, and the Canary Islands Maritime Cluster. We continue advancing with #Marinnonet to accelerate new blue projects.
